La Maison

La Maison

Some inspirations are fleeting. Others are inherited.

Poppy’s began long before it became a brand. Its story traces back to my great-grandfather’s ice cream shop; a place that existed in a softer era, where striped awnings, sweet treats, and familiar faces created the kind of magic that feels almost cinematic in memory. It was more than a storefront; it was a gathering place, built on warmth, nostalgia, and simple joys.

That feeling became the foundation for Poppy’s.

Created under Maison Emil, Poppy’s is a modern interpretation of that legacy; a brand inspired by the sweetness of nostalgia and the beauty of everyday moments. What once existed as an ice cream shop has been reimagined into something new: thoughtfully designed pieces that capture charm, comfort, and a sense of timeless playfulness.

Maison Emil itself is deeply personal, rooted in family, making Poppy’s not simply a brand, but a continuation of a story passed down through generations.

There’s a certain elegance in nostalgia—the way places, memories, and traditions remain with us long after their moment has passed. Poppy’s lives in that space between heritage and reinvention: honoring the warmth of where it began while creating something entirely its own.

What started with ice cream now continues as a love letter to sweetness, sentiment, and the little details that make life feel beautiful.
