Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, selected shipping method, package weight, and carrier rates.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only.

International Shipping

Poppy's proudly ships internationally to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Poppy's is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at maisonemilco@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
